What is ReplyPilot?

ReplyPilot is a Reddit growth workspace that finds relevant conversations, drafts replies that follow each subreddit's rules, and keeps you in control of what gets posted. It consists of two parts that share one account and one credit balance:

• The Chrome extension (Manifest V3 side panel) — the place where you browse Reddit, see opportunities, and draft replies into Reddit's own comment box.
• The web workspace (this site) — where you manage product profiles, target subreddits, keywords, AI preferences, and billing.

The product principle that everything else is built around: nothing is ever posted automatically. Drafts are placed in Reddit's native comment box, and pressing Comment is always a human action. There is no auto-post capability anywhere in the product.

What it can do

• Scheduled opportunity scan — new posts in your target subreddits are scored against your product profile on a schedule you choose, and the best matches arrive as draft replies.
• Subreddit knowledge — each community's official rules, unwritten norms, and writing style are learned once and reused in every draft for that subreddit.
• AI reply drafts — generated from the post, the comment chain you are answering, and the subreddit's knowledge profile; streamed into Reddit's comment box.
• Writing studio — draft posts, titles, and comments with tone presets, plus a humanizer pass that strips typical AI phrasing.
• Keyword search and watch list — search the subreddit you are browsing by keyword and time range, and watch keywords for new hits in the side panel.
• Product profiles — describe one or more products, their audiences, keywords, and target communities.
• BYOK (bring your own AI key) — connect your own OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or compatible key; AI actions then skip credit costs (paid plans).
• Account risk check — a local rule-based warning before you post from a thin or new account.

How credits work

A keyword search costs 10 credits; an AI reply draft costs 2 credits; subreddit knowledge learning also draws credits. Failed actions are refunded automatically. Plans differ in credit amounts, how many product profiles you can scan (free: 1, Starter: 3, Pro: up to 10), and scan frequency (daily up to every 6 hours). See the pricing page for current plans.
