Getting started

1. Create your account

Sign up at the sign-up page. A free account lets you set up a product profile and run a daily scan right away. Payments for paid plans are launching soon.

2. Describe your product

In the dashboard, open Product profiles and add what you offer: a short description, the audience you are trying to reach, the keywords people use when they talk about the problem, and the subreddits you want to watch. One profile is enough to start; free plans scan one profile daily.

3. Turn on the opportunity scan

Set the scan frequency for your profile (daily on the free plan; up to every 6 hours on higher plans). ReplyPilot will score new posts in your target subreddits against the profile and queue draft replies for the best matches, visible in the Opportunities tab of the extension side panel.

4. Install the Chrome extension

Add the extension to Chrome and sign in — it picks up your session automatically. The side panel has four tabs:

• Results — keyword search inside the subreddit you are browsing, with a time-range filter.
• Watch — keywords you are monitoring, with new hits surfaced.
• Opportunities — the draft queue produced by your scheduled scans.
• Subreddit — the knowledge profile for the community you are currently viewing; you can also learn (or refresh) it here.

5. Send your first reply

Open a thread from the queue (or any Reddit post), click the ✨ button next to the reply box, and review the draft that streams into Reddit's native comment box. Edit it until it sounds like you, then press Comment yourself. ReplyPilot never sends anything on its own — that is a product principle, not a setting.

6. Optional: connect your own AI key

On paid plans you can bring your own key (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, DeepSeek, Groq, OpenRouter, or a compatible endpoint) under Settings → AI Key (BYOK). AI actions then stop consuming credits.
