This refund policy applies to credit packs purchased through ReplyPilot (https://xmhreal.lol). By purchasing, you agree to this policy and our Terms of Service.

Refund Rules

1. Unused paid credits: Within 14 days of purchase, you may request a refund for the unused portion (the value of consumed credits is deducted), and the remaining credits will be voided.
2. Consumed credits: Amounts corresponding to credits actually consumed (keyword searches or AI drafts) are non-refundable.
3. Granted credits: Signup and promotional credits are non-transferable, hold no cash value, and are non-refundable.
4. Subscriptions (when enabled): You may cancel anytime; the service continues until the end of the current period, and the current period is handled per the rules above. No further billing after cancellation.

How to Request a Refund

1. Email support@xmhreal.lol with your order number and account email;
2. We review within 3 business days;
3. Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method, typically within 5-10 business days (depending on the payment provider and your card issuer).

Non-Refundable Situations

• Accounts suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service (e.g., Reddit spam or abuse);
• Credits expired and voided after their validity period;
• Penalties caused by the Reddit platform itself rather than our Service.
