Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to ReplyPilot — a Chrome extension that helps you watch Reddit keywords and draft replies with AI, together with its companion website (https://xmhreal.lol, the "Service"). The Service is operated by an independent developer ("we" or "us"). By installing the extension, accessing the Site, or using any related functionality, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of them, do not use the Service.

Description of the Service

ReplyPilot provides:

  • Keyword-based search and filtering on Reddit, according to keywords you configure;
  • AI-generated reply drafts for posts or comments you select;
  • A credit system that meters usage of the above.

AI is used for drafting only: every reply is placed into the Reddit comment box for you to review, edit, and send manually. The Service will never post anything automatically on your behalf.

Accounts

  1. Registration: Some features require an account (email/password or Google sign-in). You agree to provide accurate information and to safeguard your credentials; activity under your account is your responsibility.
  2. Deletion: You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

Credits

  1. Metering: Keyword searches and AI drafting consume credits at the rates displayed in the product (e.g., 10 credits per search, 2 per draft; subject to change).
  2. Obtaining: Credits come from signup grants, promotional grants, or purchases (once payments are enabled). Granted credits expire after the published validity period from issuance (e.g., 7 days) and are voided afterwards.
  3. Refunds: Functional failures caused by the Service (e.g., a failed search or generation) automatically refund the corresponding credits.
  4. Non-refundable: Successfully consumed credits are generally non-refundable, except as required by law. Granted credits are non-transferable and hold no cash value.

Disclaimer for AI-Generated Content

  1. AI reply drafts are generated automatically by models and may be inaccurate, inappropriate, or out of context. They are provided for reference only.
  2. You must manually review every reply before sending. You are solely responsible for the act of sending and for the content you send, including its legality and any consequences on Reddit.
  3. We make no warranty as to the accuracy, legality, or suitability of AI output.

Your Compliance Responsibilities

  1. When using the Service (including the extension), you must comply with Reddit's User Agreement and community rules, and all applicable laws and regulations.
  2. You must not use the Service for spam, bulk automated posting, harassment, or any abusive behavior.
  3. Any account penalties, disputes, or consequences arising from your violation of Reddit's rules or the law are solely your responsibility.

Intellectual Property

The Service's software, interface design, branding, and documentation are owned by the operator. Content you process and send through the Service belongs to you, and you are responsible for it. We process such content solely to provide the Service.

Availability & Changes

The Service is provided "as is". We may add, modify, or discontinue features and will try to announce significant changes in advance. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. If you breach these Terms (especially the anti-abuse rules), we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use the Service; our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you actually paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim (if any).

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable law of the operator's principal place of operation. Disputes will first be resolved through friendly negotiation.
